Mandatory Rules:*

  • You are expected to leave the pitch on time after you complete your game & arrive 15 min before the booking time at the ground.
  • You can play during booked time frame only. Late comers will not get extension.
  • Warm ups is part of your slot time (No extra time will be allowed for warm ups)
  • For hold (deposit) bookings, balance money must be paid before start of play and last minute changes are not allowed. Any changes before 4 hours Cancellation Policy will be applied.
  • No external coaches, training sessions and parties will be permitted. For events and parties please contact us at sportsville.hyd@gmail.com

Please note that sports equipment such as bats, balls, bibs, etc. will be provided subject to availability. While we do our best to ensure that we have equipment available for all customers, we cannot guarantee that we will have enough for everyone at all times. To avoid disappointment, we encourage you to bring your own equipment to be used at the venue. This will ensure that you are able to participate in your chosen sport without any interruptions.
